The calendar program has been updated from Plans version 6 to version 8.2. The e-mail notifications now work, and it offers various methods to subscribe to events or whole calendars.

However, this upgrade was not without issues. All calendar events were imported hours ahead of schedule, so a 7 PM meeting showed up at 9 AM. I believe I have fixed all the events from today going forward, and will spend some time fixing past events over the upcoming days.

We all survived another lock-in last weekend. I think everyone had fun. I heard some good feedback on the new belt loops.

It's Pinewood Derby time! If you haven't gotten your car kit yet, please call Mr. Jandrey at 330 819-2400. There are 10 days until racing!

The event is at Bethel Lutheran Church at 3852 Everett Rd in Bath. Please get there between 6 and 6:30 so that we can weigh in all the cars. Racing will start at 6:45, so plan on getting there at least 15 minutes early. If you aren't there at 6:45, you don't race.

Remember, there is an Akela division, so dads, don't feel that you need to push your kids to make the perfect car, you can make your own and show him up!

We are asking everyone to bring a desert to share.

The other notice is Scout Sunday on February 7th. I understand that many of you go to other churches and have differing faiths. The Richfield UCC sponsors the Pack and I'd like to see everyone come to their 10:15 service on Scout Sunday. It is our way to say thank you for helping our boys. Please plan to attend.
